Individual or private-group online fitness sessions: 45 minute sessions / 4 sessions per month. Each package will allow time to include fitness and nutrition assessments, meal planning, and nutrition coaching. 


Specialties include body building, weight loss and foundational fitness, recovery and rehabilitation, and fitness for healthy lifestyles. 


Includes nutrition consulting for macros, meal planning, and other nutrition goals.
